Building Lives and Making Memories

The Underground Arcade is located in the beautiful Courthouse Plaza in Downtown Stockton and is owned and operated by Parents by Choice, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in foster care. 

Our arcade is a trip down memory lane and is a place where parents and kids can connect.  It's reminiscent of the "mall arcades" of the 80's and 90's - where kids could have fun while their parents shopped.  We designed the Underground Arcade as a place to escape and have fun.  If you visit us, we think you'll agree!

The Courthouse Plaza is a 70,000 square foot building in Downtown Stockton.  It began as a department store, and now serves as office, retail and restaurant space.  The new and improved Courthouse Plaza has been described by visitors as "one of the best things to happen in Downtown Stockton in over a decade!"  The Underground Arcade is on the Lower Level of this beautiful building and enjoys natural light from the atrium roof, even below ground!
